Aqu\u00ed les traigo una manera diferente y r\u00e1pida de comer pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300g de merluza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 pimiento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 Pepinillos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 huevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cebolla peque\u00f1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 hojas de espinacas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucharada de mostaza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceite<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perejil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Picar las verduras (pimiento, ajo, espinacas, pepinillos, cebolla, un poco de perejil) y reservar en un bol<\/li><li>Picar la merluza sin espinas y a\u00f1adir sal y pimienta.<\/li><li>Mezclar el huevo con la mostaza y a\u00f1adir al pescado picado<\/li><li>Juntar las verduras con la mezcla de pescado<\/li><li>Hacer bolas del tama\u00f1o deseado<\/li><li>En una sart\u00e9n &nbsp;con 2 cucharadas de aceite aplastar las bolas y fre\u00edr hasta que queden hechas<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nota: Despu\u00e9s de hacer la primera tanda de hamburguesas en la sart\u00e9n y comprobar que se me deshac\u00edan, a\u00f1ad\u00ed a la mezcla (Paso 4) un poco de harina
