Hoy os traigo una receta sencilla y r\u00e1pida de hacer que sirve tanto para almuerzo como para la cena. \u00a1Espero que os gusten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">ngredientes para 4 personas:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 calabacines grandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cebolla mediana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 gramos de pollo o pavo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 gramos de jam\u00f3n cocido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queso rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AOVE, sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/09075407-83e3-4aef-8226-ebb761c3b9b3-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1978\" width=\"334\" height=\"445\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/09075407-83e3-4aef-8226-ebb761c3b9b3-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/09075407-83e3-4aef-8226-ebb761c3b9b3-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/09075407-83e3-4aef-8226-ebb761c3b9b3-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/09075407-83e3-4aef-8226-ebb761c3b9b3-1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 334px) 100vw, 334px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cocemos los calabacines partidos por la mitad.<\/li><li>Mientras refre\u00edmos la cebolla vamos vaciando los calabacines.<\/li><li>Una vez la cebolla est\u00e9 pochada, a\u00f1adimos el pollo cortado a taquitos.<\/li><li>Cuando la carne est\u00e9 hecha, a\u00f1adimos la pulpa del calabac\u00edn y salteamos un par de minutos y a\u00f1adimos sal y pimienta.<\/li><li>Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1adimos el jam\u00f3n cocido y damos un par de vueltas m\u00e1s.<\/li><li>Apartamos la mezcla anterior y dejamos enfriar un poco.
