Yo dej\u00e9 algunos fuera para decorar. Lo dejamos cocer hasta que quede una especie de mermelada.<\/li><li>Hidratamos la gelatina en agua fr\u00eda.<\/li><li>Mientras tanto, en otro cazo, a fuego medio-bajo, ponemos la leche y el resto del az\u00facar y cuando esta \u00faltima est\u00e9 disuelta, a\u00f1adimos la nata l\u00edquida y unas gotitas de esencia de vainilla al gusto.<\/li><li>Una vez que hierva la leche, la apartamos y dejamos que se enfr\u00ede un poco y a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos la gelatina escurrida.<\/li><li>Removemos la leche con la gelatina y se vierte en los vasitos. <\/li><li>Dejamos que se enfr\u00ede por completo y se solidifique. Esto puede tardar un par de horas.
