Lavamos y cortamos las verduras en cuadrados grandes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. A\u00f1adimos la verdura cortada a la sart\u00e9n con la cebolla sofrita y la dejamos rehogar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/verduras-sofritas-1-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2023\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Una vez rehogada la verdura, se le a\u00f1ade agua y se deja cocer unos 20 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Se le a\u00f1ade la nuez moscada y la pimienta negra y se tritura.
