{"id":2289,"date":"2021-03-01T12:14:19","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T11:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/?p=2289"},"modified":"2021-03-01T12:14:19","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T11:14:19","slug":"tarta-de-queso-con-mermelada-de-arandanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2021\/03\/01\/tarta-de-queso-con-mermelada-de-arandanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarta de queso con mermelada de ar\u00e1ndanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Hola!, os traigo una receta fac\u00edlisima y riqu\u00edsima para preparar como postre y sorprender a vuestros invitados..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ah\u00ed va la receta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queso fresco Batido: 500g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avena: 100g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avellanas: 100g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e1tiles: 50g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e1minas de gelatina neutra: 30 uds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la mermelada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar\u00e1ndanos: 100 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e1tiles: 30g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e1mina de gelatina neutra: 1ud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar introducimos las l\u00e1minas de gelatina neutra en agua fr\u00eda para que se ablanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3n, calentamos en una olla a fuego lento el queso fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez hayan pasado unos 2-3 minutos y la gelatina se haya ablandado, le a\u00f1adimos el queso y removemos hasta que se forme una masa homog\u00e9nea&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seguidamente, trituramos las avellanas junto con la avena y los d\u00e1tiles en la thermomix y una vez obtenemos una especie de masa, lo vertemos en un molde y lo aplastamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre este fondo, a\u00f1adimos el queso fresco y lo introducimos en la nevera durante 8 horas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n de la mermelada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponemos los ar\u00e1ndanos y los d\u00e1tiles en un cazo con un poco de agua y una vez que rompa a hervir le a\u00f1adimos la l\u00e1mina de gelatina neutra y trituramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dejamos que se enfr\u00ede y lo metemos en el frigor\u00edfico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez la tarta ya haya reposado lo suficiente, la sacamos del frigor\u00edfico, le untamos la mermelada de ar\u00e1ndanos al gusto y !Listo para comer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"496\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/741xIpVfNyP1en9VQv-jadAEsO2Y3VpS6S6OUyaMKD71u8YfeH5UCwzMzIKnDkzyhLfXFWmgdTdqAuPx6V395LjnE0zj1eomHMngemn-i81XGKvBxd9o5myC7iEB37uMjfNqyJnp\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informaci\u00f3n adicional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Receta muy f\u00e1cil de realizar&nbsp;<\/li><li>N\u00famero de comensales: 6<\/li><li>Las l\u00e1minas de gelatina se pueden sustituir por agar agar (1 l\u00e1mina de gelatina = 1 cucharadita de agar agar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Hola!, os traigo una receta fac\u00edlisima y riqu\u00edsima para preparar como postre y sorprender a vuestros invitados..
