En mi casa es tradici\u00f3n comer todas las semanas arroz, y esta semana hemos decidido iniciarla con un risotto o arroz meloso con calabac\u00edn que estaba realmente bueno. Os animo a que lo prob\u00e9is y me digais qu\u00e9 os parece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-cyan-blue-color\">INGREDIENTES (2 personas):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 calabac\u00edn grande (450 gr)<\/li><li>100 gr arroz<\/li><li>1 cebolla mediana (80 gr)<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>Queso rallado al gusto<\/li><li>350 gr caldo de verdura<\/li><li>7 gr mantequilla<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelamos y cortamos el ajo, la cebolla y el calabac\u00edn en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large height=\"352\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A continuaci\u00f3n vamos echando el caldo hasta que no admita m\u00e1s, en mi caso han sido unos 350 gr de \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vamos removiendo para que no se pegue y dejamos que se haga durante 25-30 minutos.<\/li><li>Cuando el arroz est\u00e9 listo y el caldo se \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Las medidas del caldo de verduras, mantequilla y queso depender\u00e1n de la persona y de c\u00f3mo nos guste el risotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He de decir que sali\u00f3 super rico y muy gustoso. Es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer y aunque se necesita de un cierto tiempo para que el arroz est\u00e9 en su punto, merece la pena. Si quer\u00e9is cambiar un poco del t\u00edpico arroz, probadlo porque no os arrepentir\u00e9is.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Hola a todos!
