Hoy he subido una receta para aquellas personas que le cueste comer legumbres, pudiendo tener a su alcance otra alternativa a la hora de consumirlas y quiz\u00e1 consigan gustarles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para dos personas m\u00e1s o menos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px;line-height:1.5;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>250 gramos en seco<\/strong>       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>200gramos de zanahoria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un Tomate (100gramos)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>100 gramos de calabac\u00edn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>50gramos de cebolla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>25gramos de pimiento verde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dos cucharillas de sal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Una hoja de laurel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dos diente de ajo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>300gramos de agua para cocer las verduras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1;\"><strong>1litro de agua para cocer los garbanzos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lo primero es poner los garbanzos secos en remojo en un litro de agua o un litro y medio de agua con 1 cucharilla de sal durante aproximadamente 12 horas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasado dicho tiempo enjuagamos los garbanzos y lo pasamos a la olla con 1 litro de agua hirviendo. Ponemos una hoja de laurel, una peque\u00f1a cucharada de sal y dejamos cocer. Durante la cocci\u00f3n vamos removiendo los garbanzos a la vez que le quitamos la espuma, aproximadamente durar\u00e1 la cocci\u00f3n una hora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/whatsapp-image-2021-03-10-at-17.39.58-2.jpeg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2531\" width=\"229\" height=\"305\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En el caso de las verduras pelamos la zanahoria y el calabac\u00edn,&nbsp; cortamos todas las verduras en rodajas y la pasamos a la olla con los 300gramos de agua m\u00e1s o menos. Vamos removiendo y quit\u00e1ndole&nbsp; la espuma.
