{"id":2920,"date":"2021-06-08T11:47:03","date_gmt":"2021-06-08T09:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/?p=2920"},"modified":"2021-06-08T11:47:03","modified_gmt":"2021-06-08T09:47:03","slug":"pavo-con-salsa-de-queso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2021\/06\/08\/pavo-con-salsa-de-queso\/","title":{"rendered":"PAVO CON SALSA DE QUESO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>600gr de solomillo de pavo<\/li><li>300gr de espinacas<\/li><li>4 Zanahorias<\/li><li>1 cebolleta<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de queso blanco para untar<\/li><li>2 lonchas de queso havarti<\/li><li>tomillo<\/li><li>pimienta<\/li><li>100mililitros de caldo de pollo sin sal<\/li><li>Aceite de Oliva<\/li><li>80 mililitros de vino blanco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raspa las zanahorias y l\u00e1valas. Corta 2 en l\u00e1minas a lo largo y esc\u00e1ldalas en agua hirviendo. Trocea las otras 2, cu\u00e9celas 20 minutos en agua salada y esc\u00farrelas. Limpia la cebolleta, l\u00e1vala, p\u00edcala y p\u00f3chala en 2 cucharadas de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vierte el vino y el caldo, y deja reducir. Agrega la zanahoria y los quesos. Cuece hasta que la salsa espese, trit\u00farala y p\u00e1sala por el chino. Saltea las tiras de zanahoria con las espinacas y espolvorea con pimienta y tomillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corta el solomillo en rodajas gruesas, espolvor\u00e9alas con pimienta y \u00e1salas a la plancha con unas gotas de aceite 3 minutos por cada lado.
