{"id":3459,"date":"2021-04-12T19:48:02","date_gmt":"2021-04-12T17:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/?p=3459"},"modified":"2021-04-12T19:48:02","modified_gmt":"2021-04-12T17:48:02","slug":"muffins-de-avena-y-platano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2021\/04\/12\/muffins-de-avena-y-platano\/","title":{"rendered":"Muffins de avena y pl\u00e1tano."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREEDIENTES:<\/strong> (para 10 unidades aproximadamente)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 pl\u00e1tanos maduros<\/li><li>70 ml de leche de soja<\/li><li>190 gramos de harina de avena <\/li><li>1 huevo <\/li><li>1\/2 sobre de levadura <\/li><li>canela al gusto <\/li><li>Para el interior: nueces, pasas o crema de cacahuete. <\/li><li>Para decorar el exterior: pepitas de chocolate negro 85%<\/li><li>30 gramos de AOVE.<\/li><li>Una pizca de sal <\/li><li>Estevia (1 cucharada peque\u00f1a)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/img_8091_original-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3461\" width=\"297\" height=\"396\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> \u00a1muy sencillo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pon en un bol la harina de avena, o tritura la avena para crear tu la harina. <\/li><li>Integra la levadura. <\/li><li>A\u00f1\u00e1dele el pl\u00e1tano en peque\u00f1os trozos.<\/li><li>Vierte la leche de soja, el AOVE, la estevia, canela y una pizca de sal.<\/li><li>Por \u00faltimo, bate el huevo e int\u00e9gralo tambi\u00e9n a la mezcla. <\/li><li>Bate todo hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. <\/li><li>Coloca en la bandeja de horno los moldes para las magdalenas al mismo tiempo que empiezas a calentar el horno a unos 150 \u00baC.<\/li><li>Vierte en cada molde un poco de la masa, introduce en su interior el topping que m\u00e1s te guste (nueces, pasas o crema de cacahuete) y vuelve a poner por encima un poco de masa. <\/li><li>Por \u00faltimo, en la superficie de la magdalena trocea el chocolate negro.<\/li><li>\u00a1Y al horno 20 minutos!
