Hoy os traigo un rico snack para tomar en el desayuno, la merienda o de postre. Se trata de unas tortitas dulces y saludables hechas con solo 3 ingredientes. \u00a1Una receta facil\u00edsima!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Dificultad: <\/em><\/strong>baja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Tiempo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/strong> 15 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Cantidad de tortitas: <\/em><\/strong>5-7 MINI tortitas (para una persona)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"uppercase\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">INGREDIENTES (para 1 persona)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las tortitas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>20 gramos de copos de avena<\/li><li>1 pl\u00e1tano mediano<\/li><li>1 huevo entero<\/li><li>AOVE (para la sart\u00e9n)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el topping (opcional):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 onzas de chocolate &gt;85%<\/li><li>1\/2 cucharadita de aceite de coco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">ELABORACI\u00d3N (15 MIN)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelamos y cortamos el pl\u00e1tano.<\/li><li>Introducimos el pl\u00e1tano cortado, los copos de avena y el huevo en la batidora.<\/li><li>Batimos todos los ingredientes hasta que se forme una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li>Ponemos una sart\u00e9n al fuego con una cucharadita de AOVE.<\/li><li>Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente vertemos un poco de la masa en la sart\u00e9n de manera que quede con forma redondeada.<\/li><li>Cuando salgan burbujas de la tortita (como las de la foto) significa que hay que darle la vuelta.<\/li><li>Cuando la tortita est\u00e9 hecha por ambos lados ret\u00edrala y a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de AOVE a la sart\u00e9n si lo consideras necesario para seguir con el resto de tortitas.<\/li><li>Repite el proceso hasta que acabes con la masa y ve amontonando las tortitas en un plato (salen entre 5-7 mini tortitas).<\/li><li>Para el topping derrite las onzas de chocolate y el aceite de coco en el microondas (1 minuto y medio aproximadamente).<\/li><li>Vierte el chocolate derretido sobre la monta\u00f1a de tortitas y, \u00a1qu\u00e9 aproveche!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex ADICIONAL<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Es apta para ovolactovegetarianos.<\/li><li>Se puede sustituir el pl\u00e1tano por una manzana mediana asada o una zanahoria asada (para aquellos que no les agrade esta fruta).<\/li><li>Se le puede a\u00f1adir un toque de canela a la mezcla de la masa de la tortita para endulzar m\u00e1s, pero la tortita es dulce ya de por s\u00ed (por el sabor del pl\u00e1tano).<\/li><li>Si quer\u00e9is probar las tortitas con otros toppings os propongo utilizar cremas de frutos secos (de cacahuete, de almendras, de anacardos, etc) o un mix de frutos rojos congelados. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">VALORACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de una receta muy f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida \u00a1adem\u00e1s de deliciosa!. Puede valer como desayuno o como merienda para esos d\u00edas en los que nos apetece algo m\u00e1s dulce pero saludable.
