Os traigo una receta modificada de las t\u00edpicas barritas Bounty pero en versi\u00f3n saludable. \u00a1Y con solo 4 ingredientes! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dificultad<\/strong>: baja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tiempo de elaboraci\u00f3n total<\/strong>: 2h30min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Necesitaremos (para 10 minibarritas):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>120 g de Yogur Alpro de coco<\/li><li>60 g de coco rallado<\/li><li>100 g de chocolate negro 85%<\/li><li>1 cuchara de postre de Aceite de coco virgen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/img_5687-1-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3753\" width=\"221\" height=\"294\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un recipiente mezclamos el yogur con el coco rallado hasta que formen una masa.<\/li><li>Con la masa vamos haciendo barritas del grosor y longitud que m\u00e1s nos guste<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/img_5693.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3742\" width=\"268\" height=\"256\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 3. Estas barritas las llevamos al congelador m\u00ednimo 2 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Cuando hayan pasado las 2 horas y las barritas ya est\u00e9n duras las sacamos del congelador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Cogemos un cuenco y derretimos el chocolate al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Cuando ya est\u00e9 derretido a\u00f1adimos la cuchara de aceite de coco y removemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/img_5741.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3744\" width=\"258\" height=\"344\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Sumergimos las barritas en el chocolate hasta que este las cubra totalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Dejamos enfriar y voil\u00e0! ya tenemos nuestras barritas listas para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/img_5755-3.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3758\" width=\"317\" height=\"422\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Consejos<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El aceite de coco es opcional, pero mejora la textura del chocolate y lo mantiene duro sin derretirse.<\/li><li>Es aconsejable guardar en frigor\u00edfico para mantener la forma de la barrita.<\/li><li>Si lo quieres m\u00e1s dulce puedes probar a hacerlo con chocolate del 70%.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Opiniones<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1A todos los que la probaron les encant\u00f3! Sobre todo a mi madre que le apasionan los bombones de coco, a partir de ahora puede comerlos de forma saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstante, la textura es menos cremosa que los tradicionales bounty o bombones de coco y est\u00e1 menos dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Espero que os anim\u00e9is a hacerlas, son super f\u00e1ciles y est\u00e1n deliciosas!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Hola a todos!
