class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200gr de alubias rojas<\/li><li>400gr de tomate triturado<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li><li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li><li>1 zanahoria<\/li><li>30gr de ma\u00edz<\/li><li>Tortillas (sin gluten en este caso)<\/li><li>Queso rallado<\/li><li>Una cucharadita de or\u00e9gano<\/li><li>Una class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u00ba Pelamos y cortamos en taquitos la cebolla y la zanahoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"407\" height=\"227\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\u00ba Calentamos el aceite en la sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adimos la cebolla y zanahoria y las height=\"347\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\u00ba A\u00f1adimos el ma\u00edz, las alubias, el tomate y las especias en la sart\u00e9n y vamos removiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure height=\"234\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7\u00ba Lo metemos en el horno 10 minutos a 180\u00ba para que el queso se gratine y listo para comer!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure height=\"248\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VALORACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una receta r\u00e1pida, f\u00e1cil y muy sabrosa. Una manera diferente de comer legumbres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haci\u00e9ndole una encuesta a los comensales obtuve los siguientes resultados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A la textura todos menos uno le dieron un 5\/5 puntos. La otra persona puntu\u00f3 con 4\/5 puntos.<\/li><li>Al sabor lo mismo que en la textura<\/li><li>Todos los comensales dijeron que les hab\u00eda gustado y que lo comer\u00edan otra vez.<\/li><li>Tambi\u00e9n reportaban que eran muy sabrosas y saciantes.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola!!
