Os traigo una receta bastante r\u00e1pida de hacer con tan solo 4 ingredientes para cuando no tenemos mucho tiempo ni ganas de cocinar. Aparte de ser saludable, \u00a1es s\u00faper sencilla!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Dificultad:<\/strong><\/em> F\u00e1cil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Tiempo:<\/strong><\/em> 20-25 min horno +10 preparaci\u00f3n = 30-35 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Comensales:<\/strong><\/em> 1 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">INGREDIENTES:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-1 Calabac\u00edn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Tomate frito natural<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-1 lata de at\u00fan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Queso para gratinar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Cortamos el calabac\u00edn en l\u00e1minas.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2. A\u00f1adimos sal y aceite de oliva sobre las l\u00e1minas de calabac\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3. Llevamos al horno por 15 min a 200\u00baC hasta ablandar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">4. Agregamos tomate natural y at\u00fan encima de cada l\u00e1mina y enrrollamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">5. Llevar a un recipiente y a\u00f1adir tomate natural y queso mozzarella por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">6. Horneamos hasta gratinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1As\u00ed de f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">*Consideraciones: tambi\u00e9n podemos utilizar berenjena en lugar de calabac\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valoraci\u00f3n de la receta: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la cata por parte de mi familia, todos concuerdan en que es una receta que est\u00e1 bastante rica. El calabac\u00edn tras ser ablandado por el calor del horno, adquiere una textura muy tierna y jugosa. Adem\u00e1s el at\u00fan y el tomate, junto con el queso gratinado, le da un toque sabroso y acompa\u00f1a perfectamente el sabor del calabac\u00edn.
