Con una textura muy esponjosa y un toque de pl\u00e1tano.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dificultad:<\/strong> f\u00e1cil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00famero de comensales:<\/strong> 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g de harina de avena (o copos molidos).<\/li><li>4 huevos.<\/li><li>100 g de cacao puro en polvo.<\/li><li>100 ml de bebida vegetal (preferiblemente de avena).<\/li><li>2 pl\u00e1tanos maduros<\/li><li>1 sobre de levadura.<\/li><li>3 d\u00e1tiles.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de edulcorante (opcional).<\/li><li>Chocolate negro (+70%).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Precalentar horno a 200\u00b0C<\/li><li>Calentar la leche y remojar los d\u00e1tiles para hidratarlos.<\/li><li>Batir los huevos junto con los pl\u00e1tanos y edulcorante.<\/li><li>Mezclar los secos: harina, cacao y levadura.<\/li><li>Mezclar todo e introducir al horno unos 40 minutos a 180\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Fundir el chocolate (yo lo he hecho con un poco de aceite de coco) y esparcir por la cobertura una vez que el bizcocho est\u00e9 hecho.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&gt; Queda muy top con crema de cacahuete o queso tipo philadelphia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
