Primero pelamos las tres patatas y las hervimos en agua con sal. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whatsapp-image-2021-06-10-at-11.50.08-edited-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4657\" width=\"249\" \/><figcaption><em>Para saber cu\u00e1ndo est\u00e1n completamente cocidas p\u00ednchalas con un cuchillo. Si las atraviesa bien ya es hora de quitarlas del fuego.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Una vez hervidas, las dejamos enfriar y las trituramos. Yo lo hice con ayuda de un tenedor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whatsapp-image-2021-06-10-at-11.50.08-1-3.jpeg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4658\" width=\"291\" height=\"218\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Despu\u00e9s colocamos un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo sobre la encimera y estiramos la pasta de patata en un cuadrado\/rect\u00e1ngulo lo m\u00e1s uniformemente que podamos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whatsapp-image-2021-06-10-at-11.50.07-2.jpeg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4659\" width=\"335\" height=\"251\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A continuaci\u00f3n ponemos el relleno: una capa generosa de tomate frito y otra de las dos latas de at\u00fan en conserva. Este \u00faltimo debemos desmenuzarlo al sacarlo de las latas para evitar mazacotes de at\u00fan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whatsapp-image-2021-06-10-at-11.50.06-2.jpeg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4661\" width=\"403\" height=\"302\" \/><figcaption><em>Se me olvid\u00f3 hacerle foto a la capa de at\u00fan <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Despu\u00e9s, con mucho cuidado, levantamos un lateral del pa\u00f1o y vamos enrollando la manga hasta llegar a la mitad. Vamos a hacer primero una mayonesa: ponemos en un vaso uno de los huevos, aceite y un chorro de lim\u00f3n y batimos. Muy buena idea para la pr\u00f3xima vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n hubo comentarios acerca de la pasta de patata. Por una parte, hab\u00eda zonas en el interior, donde no hab\u00eda mayonesa ni suficiente tomate frito, que estaban un poco secas.
