Hoy te traigo una forma de consumirlas diferente, caliente, sin carne y muuuuy buena!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te presento una receta vegana, rica y completa para consumir legumbres de una forma diferente y especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TIEMPO DE ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DIFICULTAD:<\/strong> f\u00e1cil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COSTO:<\/strong> barato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para 4 personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un bote de garbanzos cocidos (400g escurridas)<\/li><li>Un bote de jud\u00edas verdes cocidas (400g escurridas)<\/li><li>300 gramos de tofu<\/li><li>Especias: cebolla en polvo, piment\u00f3n dulce, hierbas provenzales y sal<\/li><li>400 ml de leche de coco<\/li><li>250 g de champi\u00f1ones laminados<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Secamos el tofu envolvi\u00e9ndolo en un trapo durante 5 minutos.<\/li><li>Troceamos el tofu en daditos y lo echamos a una sart\u00e9n previamente calentada.<\/li><li>Especiamos el tofu al gusto con cebolla en polvo, sal, hierbas provenzales y piment\u00f3n dulce.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos los champi\u00f1ones y dejamos que dore durante 5 minutos.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos la leche de coco y removemos.<\/li><li>Escurrimos los garbanzos en un escurridor<\/li><li>Echamos los garbanzos y jud\u00edas a la sart\u00e9n y dejamos que la leche espese a fuego lento para obtener una textura cremosa, durante 10 min.<\/li><li>Emplatamos y a comer!!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSEJOS<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si queremos m\u00e1s cremosidad hemos de dejarlo m\u00e1s tiempo a fuego lento.<\/li><li>Si prefieres otra opci\u00f3n al tofu, puedes a\u00f1adir pollo, huevo etc.<\/li><li>Tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer con otras legumbres como alubias.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CURIOSIDADES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este plato nos recuerda a la cocina tailandesa ya que se puede apreciar el sabor de la leche de coco, la cual da un toque especial al plato.
