Hoy te traigo una receta r\u00e1pida para que tus d\u00edas empiecen de la mejor manera posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TIEMPO DE ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong>&nbsp;10 min + 20 min mermelada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DIFICULTAD:<\/strong>&nbsp;f\u00e1cil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COSTO:<\/strong>&nbsp;barato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para 1 persona<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>30 gramos de copos de avena <\/li><li>70 gramos de queso fresco desnatado.<\/li><li>75 ml de leche entera<\/li><li>Frutas cortadas: 1kiwi, 1pl\u00e1tano, 2fresas&#8230;<\/li><li>Coco rallado<\/li><li>1 onza de chocolate negro 99 %<\/li><li>1 cucharada sopera rasa de manteca de cacahuete<\/li><li>1 cucharada de prote\u00edna de cacahuete en polvo<\/li><li>Una cucharada de caf\u00e9 a rasa de semillas de ch\u00eda <\/li><li>Mermelada casera de frutos rojos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PARA LA MERMELADA: se recomienda prepararla antes y ya dejarla lista para usarla directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cogemos un pu\u00f1ado de frutos rojos congelados y los hervimos con agua esperando a que espesen y se forme un pure con consistencia de mermelada. Esperamos 20 min y dejamos que se enfr\u00ede espesando a\u00fan m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PARA EL PORRIDGE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u00f1adimos el queso fresco, la leche, la avena, medio pl\u00e1tano y la prote\u00edna en un bowl, machacamos el pl\u00e1tano, mezclamos todo y calentamos al microondas 2 minutos, obteniendo una especie de papilla<\/li><li>Troceamos la fruta mientras se calienta el porridge.<\/li><li>Colocamos la onza de chocolate dentro del porridge para que se funda<\/li><li>Colocamos la fruta en el porridge, a\u00f1adimos los frutos, secos, la cucharada sopera de manteca de cacahuete, las semillas de ch\u00eda y el coco rallado.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos la mermelada de frutos rojos y a class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Realizar la mermelada un d\u00eda antes para tenerla ya lista y para que su consistencia sea m\u00e1s espesa.<\/li><li>Los toppings como la fruta y los frutos secos son opcionales, a\u00f1adir al gusto.<\/li><li>Punto cr\u00edtico: es importante que espese bien el porridge, por eso dejarlo 2 minutos o m\u00e1s dependiendo de la potencia del microondas.<\/li><li>Si queremos darle un toque m\u00e1s dulce y fresco podemos a\u00f1adirle una gota de extracto de vainilla.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p
