Una vez se vayan <strong>pochando<\/strong> las verduras, taparlas y bajar el fuego (fuego medio) para que terminen de hacerse.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir sal y comino al calamar e introducir en una olla expr\u00e9s junto con aceite y 3 hojas de laurel. Rehogar.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el vino a la olla expr\u00e9s y dejar que <strong>evapore<\/strong> unos minutos.<\/li><li>En un vaso de batidora, echar la verdura ya pochada y <strong>triturarla<\/strong> con la batidora hasta que quede con una consistencia como un pur\u00e9. A\u00f1adir la mezcla a la olla expr\u00e9s y a\u00f1adir la pimienta negra y sal al gusto.<\/li><li>Cubrir la preparaci\u00f3n con agua (300 ml aproximadamente)<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir las patatas peladas y cortadas en cachuelos. Dejar cocinar unos 5-7 minutos.<\/li><li>Dejar cocinar en la olla expr\u00e9s 10-12 minutos.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSEJOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-df7bfe9b wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelar el tomate y quitarle la piel y las pepitas para no encontrarlas en la preparaci\u00f3n una vez terminada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embadurnar el choco con el comino para que capte mejor el sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si se prefiere notar las verduras cocinadas, no triturar pero quedar\u00e1 con una textura diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se le puede a\u00f1adir caldo de pescado o una pastilla de Avecrem de pescado si se desea potenciar a\u00fan m\u00e1s su sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VALORACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las patatas quedaron en su punto, con un sabor muy predominante del calamar y de las especias. El calamar qued\u00f3 perfectamente cocido con una textura blanda pero no gelatinosa.
