{"id":5570,"date":"2022-04-27T21:18:37","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T19:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/?p=5570"},"modified":"2022-04-27T21:18:37","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T19:18:37","slug":"burritos-veganos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2022\/04\/27\/burritos-veganos\/","title":{"rendered":"BURRITOS VEGANOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/whatsapp-image-2022-04-27-at-8.58.09-pm-2-1-2.jpeg?w=796\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5593\" width=\"290\" height=\"374\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COMENSALES<\/strong>: 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TIEMPO DE ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Media cebolla grande o 1 cebolla peque\u00f1a<\/li><li>200g de pimiento verde y rojo (yo us\u00e9 congelado porque no ten\u00eda fresco)<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>40g de soja texturizada<\/li><li>Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/li><li>Especias al gusto (yo us\u00e9 cayena y pimienta negra para darle un toque picante)<\/li><li>Tortas\/Tortillas de trigo integral<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N PASO A PASO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cortar la cebolla en brunoise y picar el ajo<\/li><li>Cocer la soja texturizada<\/li><li>En una sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adir Aceite de Oliva, y cuando se caliente, a\u00f1adir la cebolla junto con el pimiento y el ajo.<\/li><li>Una vez cocida la soja, escurrirla y a\u00f1adirla a la sart\u00e9n junto con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir las especias<\/li><li>Cuando est\u00e9n hechas las verduras retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adirlo todo a un bol. Este ser\u00e1 el relleno de nuestros burritos<\/li><li>No apagar el fuego de la sart\u00e9n, y darle vuelta y vuelta a las tortitas para que queden m\u00e1s compactas.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para cocer la soja texturizada, puedes calentar medio vaso ancho de agua al microondas (m\u00e1xima potencia 1 minuto) y posteriormente a\u00f1adir los 40g de soja.
