{"id":6084,"date":"2020-04-05T13:00:54","date_gmt":"2020-04-05T11:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/2020\/04\/05\/tortilla-de-esparragos-trigueros\/"},"modified":"2020-04-05T13:00:54","modified_gmt":"2020-04-05T11:00:54","slug":"tortilla-de-esparragos-trigueros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2020\/04\/05\/tortilla-de-esparragos-trigueros\/","title":{"rendered":"Tortilla de esp\u00e1rragos trigueros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy traigo una receta sencilla y saludable, para esos d\u00edas que no disponemos de mucho tiempo en la cocina y queremos incluir verduras en nuestra comida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Esp\u00e1rragos trigueros de bote (se tarda menos en realizar el plato) o frescos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 2 huevos <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 15ml de Aceite de Oliva <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 2 Dientes de ajo <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Pimienta <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Sal <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/rni-films-img-6eb1cbad-c488-4e86-bafe-b518348834ce-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1302\" \/><figcaption>INGREDIENTES<br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elaboraci\u00f3n: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Vertimos el aceite en la sart\u00e9n a fuego medio y a\u00f1adimos el ajo cortado en l\u00e1minas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/rni-films-img-760befd9-5386-4e8b-8558-1297ec41f31f.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1303\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Mientras se hace, lavamos los esp\u00e1rragos y los cortamos en porciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Tras 3\/4 minutos a\u00f1adimos los esp\u00e1rragos a la sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adimos pimienta y sal.
