Aqu\u00ed os dejo una receta f\u00e1cil y deliciosa para disfrutar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Filete de merluza sin espinas (800 gr)<\/li><li>Ajo dos dientes (aprox.)<\/li><li>cebolla (150 gr)<\/li><li>vino blanco (80 ml) <\/li><li>Agua (200 ml)<\/li><li>gambas (150 gr) <\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen (de dos a cuatro cucharadas aprox.)<\/li><li>sal<\/li><li>pimienta negra molida. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u00ba Pelamos las gambas y reservamos tanto el cuerpo como las c\u00e1scaras y las cabezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\u00ba Ponemos en una sart\u00e9n las cascaras y cabezas con una cucharada de aceite. Sofre\u00edmos y echamos 200ml de agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\u00ba Una vez hierva lo dejamos a fuego lento unos minutos (10 aprox.) mientras pelamos, picamos y sofre\u00edmos el resto de ingredientes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4\u00ba . A\u00f1adimos una cucharada de harina y la dejamos tostar<strong> \u00a1OJO!<\/strong> (esto es para que la salsa nos quede m\u00e1s espesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5\u00ba Incorporamos el vino, cuando evapore incorporamos la merluza, salpimentada previamente y las gambas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/merluuu.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1320\" data-link=\"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/merluuu\/\" class=\"wp-image-1320\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6\u00ba Colamos el caldo donde hemos cocido las cascaras de las gamas y lo vertimos sobre la merluza, lo dejamos cocer unos 5 o 10 minutos y ya tenemos una comida o cena deliciosa!!. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/merluzaaa.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1318\" data-link=\"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/merluzaaa\/\" class=\"wp-image-1318\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSEJO:<\/strong> si no espesara la salsa, sacamos la merluza y dejamos que evapore un poco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En tiempos de confinamiento quiz\u00e1s se nos vayan acabando las ideas de qu\u00e9 cocinar y que sea saludable y est\u00e9 rico.
