A medida, que se vaya quedando sin caldo el arroz le iremos a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco el caldo de verduras (el cual debemos salar al gusto) hasta obtener la textura id\u00f3nea del arroz.<\/li><li>En otra sart\u00e9n, ponemos los trozos de pera con un poco de aceite y la az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos las peras al arroz.<\/li><li>Para empezar a mantecar, cortamos en trocitos peque\u00f1os el queso gorgonzola y lo a\u00f1adimos poco a poco.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Puntos Cr\u00edticos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>evitar que se queme el ajo para evitar amargor.<\/li><li>Remover  el arroz mientras vamos a\u00f1adiendo el caldo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si eres fan de los risottos no puedes perderte esta receta, ideal para aquellas personas que les encante mezclar dulce y salado.
