Cada cierto tiempo, sin destapar, movemos la olla  desde las asas, y finalmente tendremos nuestrasa hab\u00e1s enzapat\u00e1s blanditas, listas para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nota: debemos tener cuidado que no se quede sin agua, en el caso de ver que no tiene suficiente agua a\u00f1adir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las habas enzapat\u00e1s son un plato t\u00edpico de Huelva, y se come antes de la comida, como aperitivo o tentenpi\u00e9.
