Recomendar\u00eda usar un chocolate con un alto porcentaje de cacao como puede ser 72 o 85%. En cuanto a la cata llevada a cabo, han sido puntuadas con un 5\/5, el \u00fanico inconveniente ser\u00eda el sabor del chocolate negro que es un poco amargo, si utiliz\u00e1semos un chocolate con leche el sabor ser\u00eda mas agradable pero no ser\u00edan del todo saludables ya que tendr\u00eda un menor contenido en cacao y mayor en az\u00facares. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tiempo total: 2 horas y 20 minutos aprox Dificultad: f\u00e1cil Consejos: se pueden usar entre 120-150 gr de d\u00e1tiles en el caso de que la masa no quede del todo viscoso.
