Hoy os presentar\u00e9 un arroz cuya caracter\u00edstica m\u00e1s destacable es su delicioso sabor umami. Se puede usar como guarnici\u00f3n o como plato completo si le a\u00f1adimos alguna fuente proteica como tofu y verduras. Pero la base de arroz es muy sencilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arroz integral: unos 70 gramos, pero depende de cu\u00e1nto se desee hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cebolla roja: un cuarto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setas o champi\u00f1ones: 3 o 4 medianos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasta miso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duraci\u00f3n: 00:30 h aproximadamente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sirve a: una persona<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dificultad: sencilla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tan s\u00f3lo requiere de una sart\u00e9n y una olla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Precio por plato: menos de 1\u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocinar el arroz sin lavar para mayor cremosidad y para que tengamos una textura pegajosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortar la cebolla y dorarla en la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinar las setas\/champi\u00f1ones.
