{"id":9931,"date":"2023-06-14T19:36:55","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T19:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/?p=9931"},"modified":"2023-06-15T08:41:46","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T08:41:46","slug":"pollo-al-curry-con-verduras-y-arroz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2023\/06\/14\/pollo-al-curry-con-verduras-y-arroz\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollo al curry con verduras y arroz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta receta vamos a ver un plato con un claro protagonista: la salsa de curry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un plato rico, saciante, alto en prote\u00ednas e incluso barato, por lo que podemos incorporarlo frecuentemente en nuestra dieta, incluso en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ingredientes para una raci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100-120 gramos de arroz <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 filetes de pechuga de pollo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curry <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nata l\u00edquida <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ponemos a cocinar el arroz, a\u00f1adiendo en una olla 2-3 veces su peso en agua y llev\u00e1ndolo a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortamos las verduras, el ajo y los filetes de pollo en dados, los de pollo de mayor tama\u00f1o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofre\u00edmos el ajo y las verduras en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el pollo cuando las verduras est\u00e9n a mitad de cocci\u00f3n para que no se nos pasen o se nos quemen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez est\u00e9 todo cocinado, a\u00f1adimos a la sart\u00e9n medio brick de nata l\u00edquida y el curry, e integramos bien todos los ingredientes con la salsa. Salpimentamos al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adimos en el plato el arroz como base y todo el contenido de la sart\u00e9n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>An\u00e1lisis de la receta:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras dar a probar el plato a mi familia, los resultados han sido los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><td>Padre <\/td><td>Madre<\/td><td>Hermano<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sabor<\/td><td>7.5<\/td><td>8<\/td><td>8.5<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Olor<\/td><td>8<\/td><td>8.5<\/td><td>8.5<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Saciedad<\/td><td>9<\/td><td>9.5<\/td><td>7.5<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Textura <\/td><td>7.5<\/td><td>7<\/td><td>6.5<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos obtener como conclusi\u00f3n que el plato, por lo general, gusta bastante. Tambi\u00e9n se le pueden hacer modificaciones como poner alg\u00fan grano integral en lugar de arroz, a\u00f1adir o quitar alguna verdura o especia, incluso puede transformarse en plato vegano si sustituimos el pollo por otro ingrediente como la soja texturizada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
