In Spain reforms have been realized in the last important years as for National Health Service to achieve the financial balance of the system, especially bearing in mind that our system of National Health Service is of distribution and therefore, it turns out very necessary that there exists a level of suitable employment that supports and sustains the pensioners.
The most new measure consists of applying a "Factor of sustainability" to the amount of the old-age pension. The factor of sustainability chosen is thought to compensate the imbalances in I perceive of the old-age pension produced by the changes in the life expectancy and with it to improve the sustainability of the public system of pensions.
