Abstract

The seven articles collected in this first dossier share a methodological interest, and although they obey a free call, they are linked as fields of study in permanent dialogue, namely between criminal law and its process, policing, criminological study, just war, and penitentiary, as well as due attention to victims, in each of these fields of study.
