COOKIES EMPLOYMENT
Art-Risk team may use 'cookies' to personalize and facilitate the user's navigation through its web site. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and other regulations in force, the personal data provided, where appropriate, by the User will be included in an automated file owned by the Art-Risk research team, which will be processed exclusively for the purpose described in the corresponding data collection form.
Personal data will be treated with the appropriate degree of protection, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December and other applicable regulations at all times, taking the necessary security measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access by third parties.
The Art-Risk team undertakes not to transfer, communicate or share the personal data provided by the user for the benefit of third parties, except with the consent of the affected party. The data, if any, provided will not be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected and will be cancelled when they are no longer necessary for this purpose. The user can access the information on the website without providing any personal data.

These Conditions of Access are subject to the Spanish legal system. For the resolution of any conflict that could be derived from the access to the web page, the user and the Art-Risk team, agree to submit expressly to the courts and tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), renouncing to any other general or special jurisdiction.
