Alicia Muñoz Brujera earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and Translation and Interpretation at Pablo de Olavide University in 2021. In 2022 she further specialized by completing a Master’s in Translation and New Technologies: Translation of Software and Multimedia Products at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Lingüísticos y Traducción (ISTRAD). She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Education at Pablo de Olavide University in 2023. She is currently undertaking a PhD at Pablo de Olavide University, focusing her research on the impact of translation on the narrative and playability of video games, with particular emphasis on its effects on the end-user experience. Simultaneously, she balances her research studies with language instruction, teaching English and Spanish in the private education sector.
