To access LEDMOF services and facilities, new users must complete the registration form with the required information and send it to ledmof@upo.es.
Users should note that the minimum booking time for autonomous use is one hour.

You can check the availability of the equipment in the booking calendar.
Currently, we offer three methods to request equipment and space reservations:

1. Booking via Email

Send an email to ledmof@upo.es specifying the equipment you wish to reserve, the date, start time, and the number of hours you will be using it. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.

2. Autonomous Booking via Shared Calendar

If you prefer to manage your reservation independently, you can do so through the shared calendar. To access the calendar, you must request access via email at ledmof@upo.es. Once granted access, you will be able to select the equipment and schedule your reservation.

3. Booking via Form

Complete the form with the required information regarding the equipment, date, and desired time slot. We will confirm availability as soon as possible.
