(2007). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Pablo de Olavide University and a member of the research group in Social and Environmental Accounting at the Pablo de Olavide University. He has been a visiting researcher at the Centre of Social Accounting Research (CSEAR) and at the IE Business School. He is the author of articles on various research topics in Accounting, specializing in Social and Environmental Accounting, Accounting History, and Accounting Teaching. His work has been published in journals such as Public Money and Management, CIRIEC-Spain Journal of Public, Social and Cooperative Economics, De Computis - The Spanish Journal of Accounting History, International Journal of Educational Research and Innovation (IJERI), Revista Española de Documentación Cientfícia, Gaceta Sanitaria, Revista Aragonesa de Economía and ACCID Journal of Accounting and Management.

Teaching. He has taught various courses related to Financial Accounting and Financial Statements preparation in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees since 2001. He has also participated in and coordinated teaching innovation projects, publishing the results in the "Upo Innova" and "International Journal of Educational Research and Innovation" journals.
