Leticia Pérez-Calero is a Full Professor in the Department of Business Organization and Marketing at Pablo de Olavide University (Seville). Her main lines of research focus on corporate governance, especially on the influence of the board of directors on firms’ performance and strategies. Deriving from this research area, she has authored 22 indexed scientific publications according to a relative quality index; 15 of them are listed in JCR and 17 in SJR. She is part of the editorial team of the journal Review of Managerial Science (Q1, D1), Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Sustainable Development and Planning (Q2, SJR), and Guest Editor of Frontiers in Psychology (Q2, JCR). She has maintained continuous participation in 16 research projects/networks, acting as Principal Investigator in 3 of them: 1 international competitive project, 4 national competitive projects, 6 regional projects, 3 funded by Pablo de Olavide University, and 2 international networks—serving as coordinator in one of them, which includes 28 researchers from 11 different countries. In addition, she is a member of two research centers/institutes: INN-LAB (Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Family Business) and iESG (European Institute for Sustainability in Management). Regarding conferences, seminars, and courses, she has delivered more than 50 conference contributions and has taken part in 11 scientific committees and in the organization of national and international Conferences and Workshops (XXIII EBEN Conference, 2015; CITuRS, 2016; R&D Management, 2023; EAM-I 2013; IX International Workshop HRM 2014; 8th Workshop on TMTs EIASM, 2017; IV Workshop on SMEs, Entrepreneurship and Family Business, 2017; Annual Meeting of the Academy 2019; ACEDE 2023 and 2024). On five occasions, she has been awarded for her contributions to these conferences. She is also a member of EURAM, IRIEM, and ACEDE, where she served on the Board of Directors as Secretary–Treasurer (2022–2024). She has participated in review tasks for most of these conferences and others, and has also delivered 7 seminars and courses at universities other than her home institution. Finally, she has undertaken four research periods abroad, each supported by public competitive funding, including her most recent six-month stay in the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Imperial College Business School (United Kingdom).
