THE PENDING (AND LESS SEXY) SUBJECT OF POLITICAL PARTIES: THE INTERNAL OPERATION

Abstract

This work calls on political parties and political formations to
strengthen their organizational culture by appliying a practical solution. We
propuse an exercise of self-demand for the improvement of its operation and
internal operation, through concrete methods and habits, that will stimulate
the continuous improvement of its processes and its accountability. The
application of these methods, whose origins are the Sciences of Business
and Management, will extend the domestic participation, and it will provoke
a systematization, follow up, and the control of the political action. This
method will force, in practice, the consolidation of a democracy inside
political parties that everyone can play (identify), touch (materialize),
practice (conduct collaboratively) and measure (evaluate).
