“Universities for Sustainable Development” project partners have come together in an online meeting to kick start the discussion on creation of Intelligent Target Locator (R3).
Based on artificial intelligence, the Intelligent Target Locator of the 2030 Agenda will provide higher education institutions or any other interested party with an automatic and guided alignment of curricula, subjects, projects, publications, research results and various initiatives with the 169 goals of the 17 SDGs
The technical developer of the Intelligent Target Locator will be Pablo de Olavide University (ES), but all consortium members will also contribute their expertise to calibrate the correlations between Goals and assumptions and will serve as a bridge with third colleagues from their institutions and from third universities and research centres. It is estimated that the analysis of several thousand training texts and numerous versions of the algorithm will be needed to assimilate the complexity behind the 169 goals of A2030.
Intelligence Target Locator is one of the four outputs of USD project which are: Action plans and Methodological guide, SDG scorecard, Sustainability portal.
