The acts of communication through LexNet in the social order of the jurisdiction

This paper analyzes the different doubts that the application of the Lexnet system is causing in the social order of the jurisdiction. It is a study based essentially on the decisions of the Courts on the matter, so it focuses on addressing all the issues that are being raised in practice to verify what the judicial field is treating them.
