Se analiza el crecimiento, evolución e impacto financiero de los Crypto-tokens (definiéndolas como criptomonedas y cripto-activos). El método de investigación es estadístico-descriptivo y teórico. Se conceptualizan términos relacionados con esta tecnología: cripto-ficha (crypto-token), cripto-moneda, moneda alternativa (altcoin) y meta-moneda (metacoin). La originalidad del presente radica en que, se describe y analiza el proceso de Oferta Inicial de Moneda (ICO por sus siglas en inglés) y la generación de criptoactivos empresariales (instrumentos que no representan el capital accionario de la empresa, pero que pueden conferir un derecho de propiedad o de regalías sobre los beneficios de un proyecto o empresa), temas clave para el desarrollo del emprendedurismo en empresas iniciales (start-ups) y su financiación. Nuestros hallazgos ofrecen tanto a inversionistas como a emprendedores una amplía la comprensión de dichos instrumentos para su toma de decisiones, revelando las oportunidades y riesgos que representan y sentando las bases para su análisis y valuación.Descargas
