This is a research-oriented Department whose Faculty consists mainly of researchers who have obtained their Ph.D. in some of the best Doctoral Programs, both in Spain and abroad.
The Department is consolidating a human team capable of sustaining the highest quality standards both in teaching and research. We make our best to promote research activities by providing a suitable environment and all kind of facilities to our researchers. We also take most seriously our teaching duties. Indeed, both teaching and research are taken into account for the regular evaluation of the staff.
