6th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
With the aim of sharing teaching experiences and deepen the comparative study of Procedural Law in Spain, the organization will held annual conferences. These events will be public and researchers will be able to present papers on the covered topics. The sixth conference within the scope of this project will be organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and will take place in person on November 13th and 14th 2025.
This Workshop is focused on Innovation and sustainable efficiency in 21st century Procedural Justice.
The Call for Papers will be open until September 15th.

- Future directions in Procedural Law research: bridging theory and practice
5th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
With the aim of sharing teaching experiences and deepen the comparative study of Procedural Law in Spain, the organization will held annual conferences. These events will be public and researchers will be able to present papers on the covered topics. The fifth conference within the scope of this project will be organized by Universidad de Salamanca and will take place in person on October 24th and 25th 2024.
This Workshop is focused on Current Challenges in International and European Procedural Law.
The Call for Papers will be open until September 20th.

4th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
With the aim of sharing teaching experiences and deepen the comparative study of Procedural Law in Spain, the organization will held annual conferences. These events will be public and researchers will be able to present papers on the covered topics. The fourth conference within the scope of this project will be organized by Comillas Universidad Pontificia and will take place in person on November 30th and December 1st 2023.
This Workshop is focused on Digitalization and Efficiency in Justice Systems.

The third conference within the scope of this project will be organized by the University of Málaga and will take place online on November 3rd and 4th 2022.
This Workshop is focused on Procedural Law in an International Context.

2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
With the aim of sharing teaching experiences and deepen the comparative study of Procedural Law in Spain, the organization will held annual conferences. These events will be public and researchers will be able to present papers on the covered topics. The second conference within the scope of this project will be organized by the University of Valencia and will take place online on 30th September and 1st October 2021.
This Workshop is focused on European influence over national proceedings.

The Call for Papers will be open from May, 20th until September, 10th.

TOPICS: European influence over Spanish criminal proceedings; European influence over Spanish civil proceedings; European influence over national legal systems from a comparative procedural law perspective.
The Workshop will be divided in two different parts:
1) Presentation drawn from research (LANGUAGE: English)
2) Mechanisms and methodologies to improve the Research an Teaching of law using English as a lingua franca (LANGUAGE: English)
1st INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

These events will be public and researchers will be able to present papers on the covered topics. Poster presentation will also be allowed. The first conference within the scope of this project will be organized by the University of A Coruña and will be held online on 5 and 6 November 2020.
This Workshop is focused on Criminal Procedure.

The Workshop will be divided in two different parts:
1) Presentations drawn from research (LANGUAGE: English)
2) Teaching innovation proposals in relation to teaching Procedural Law in English (LANGUAGES: English or Spanish)
