Dialéctica del origen, despliegue y climaterio del régimen internacional de la ayuda

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo es realizar un análisis histórico-estructural del origen, despliegue y climaterio del régimen internacional de la ayuda –que gestiona desde 1961 el Comité de Ayuda al Desarrollo de la OCDE con el apoyo clave del Banco Mundial– y su posible sustitución, tras un período transitorio de multilateralismo competitivo, por un régimen internacional de Cooperación Sur-Sur alternativo liderado por China.
