La mercantilización y mundialización del trabajo reproductivo. El caso español.
Keywords:

This paper studies how the recruitment of immigrant women in the domestic and care sector is translated into a globalization of this sector. In this process, a model of management of domestic work based on servility is reproduced in the Mediterranean Countries, such as Spain. Likewise, in spite of the transfer from the reproductive work to the market sphere, this kind of work continues dragging a devaluated social imaginary that obstructs its possibilities of being professionalized.
