• Payments can be made using a payment letter, either at any Banco Santander branch, through the payment terminal (TVP), or via the following link: MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE.
• Once the payment has been made using one of these methods, it will be automatically reflected in our system.

* What fees can I pay electronically?

The fees for which payment can be made online via the relevant payment slip are:

• The Academic Supervision Fee and, where applicable, the tuition or research credits for the PhD programme.
• The PhD student card
• The thesis defence fee
• The fee for the issue of the PhD degree certificate.
• The fee for the issue of the substitute certificate for the PhD degree.
• The fee for the issue of the Official Academic Transcript of Studies Completed.

* Submit proof of payment

Once you have made the payment at any Santander Bank, or by credit card via our online payment link, the payment will automatically appear in our system and you will not need to send any proof of payment.

If you have paid by bank transfer, you can send the proof of payment by contacting the Doctoral Unit via our TIKA contact form.
