Guillermo Sahuquillo Rubio

Guillermo manages the collaboration agreements with universities and international entities. He also promotes the new training program launched by the CUI, the Erasmus+ Program, aimed at European educators, and collaborates in other tasks related to the education of international students. With a law degree from the University of Seville and graduate training in HRM, this Seville native – who has a special affect for Cadiz – combines his educational vocation with his passion for surfing and sailing. As an instructor, these activities have taken him on numerous trips abroad, helping him to perfect his English and gain insight into other cultures and lifestyles. After nearly 20 years of experience at the UPO, first in the Guidance Service and later in the area of Internships, he joined the CUI at the end of 2025, sharing this customer-focused vision and commitment to quality service.
