TUITION MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROGRAM, PIU PROGRAM AND SPANISH LANGUAGE PROGRAMS

The tuition payment is refundable, minus a 100 euro administrative charge, if requested in writing at least 15 days prior to the start of the semester. If requested in writing between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of the semester, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. If requested less than 7 days before the start of the semester or once the semester has begun, no refunds will be given.

For one week intensive Spanish language programs, the tuition payment is refundable, minus a 30 euro administrative charge, if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. For two-four week intensive Spanish language programs, the tuition payment is refundable, minus a 60 euro administrative charge, if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. No refunds are given if requested less than 7 days before the start of the program.

TUITION ERASMUS+ COURSES

  • For cancellations communicated 30 or more days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund minus a 50€ processing fee.
  • For cancellations communicated 15-29 days before the start of the course, you may either:
    – receive a 50% refund or
    – propose a colleague to take your place without any additional costs
  • There is no refund for cancellations communicated less than 15 days before the start of the course.

LAB FEES

Once the semester has begun, 50% of your lab fee is refundable if requested before the course withdrawal deadline. The lab fee is non-refundable once the deadline to withdraw from a course has passed.
