Factores clave en el desarrollo de la capacidad emprendedora de estudiantes universitarios

Este estudio tiene como objetivo explorar los factores claves que pueden afectar la capacidad emprendedora en estudiantes de Centros de Educación Superior (CES). Una vez establecidos los factores, estos fueron agrupados en internos y externos a los CES, posteriormente el método AHP fue aplicado para determinar los pesos relativos de cada uno de los criterios a grupos de expertos pertenecientes a diversas disciplinas y países de Latinoamérica. Mediante el consenso de los expertos, los resultados indican que factores internos que en mayor medida influyen en el emprendimiento de sus estudiantes son “Espíritu Empresarial”, “Experiencia Laboral” y “Realización de cursos específicos” y, como factores externos, afectan en mayor medida “Las Redes”, “Amigos” y “Ámbito de desarrollo”. Los resultados del estudio pueden ser utilizados como referencia importante para los establecimientos de educación, para definir estrategias en base a estos factores, que ayuden a mejorar los ecosistemas al interior de sus centros, potenciando de manera efectiva la capacidad emprendedora de sus alumnos.
