The object of this article is specify the differences between Bush
and Obama in political outside and more specifically in the field of the
war. Discussed two very important documents, national security strategies,
designed by both presidents to show the similarities and differences
in connection with a serie of concepts: preventive war, States rogue,
international leadership, military strategy…In short, Bush understands that
United States plays a role in the
concert of Nations, as promoter
and guardian of the peace of the
world. Has a mission special that
it corresponds by be a nation
unique. Where also derives a special
responsibility before God, the world
and U.S. citizens. Obama does not
believe that the American nation
has a unique and special mission as
the guardian of world peace. In his
opinion, United States is the leader
of a concert of Nations, where all
States must be responsible for the
common task of the pursuit and
maintenance of world peace.
