The main goal of the project is to promote changes in attitudes or behaviors regarding Art, Science, and Technology, raising awareness among the general public about the need for a culture of preservation of Cultural Heritage. This approach aims to prepare society to safeguard art during emergencies and extreme events.

Through various actions, the project seeks to reach younger generations, drawing on the memories of older generations to educate them about the importance of Science and Technology in protecting Art during emergencies.

Specifically, the activities are designed for secondary school students, people over 60 years old, businesses, heritage technicians and professionals, public administrations (especially museums and city councils), as well as adults, university students, teaching and research staff, and other interested groups such as firefighters, police, and civil protection services.

The aim is to create an innovation ecosystem around Cultural Heritage, fostering the generation and transfer of knowledge developed by universities (Pablo de Olavide University and the University of Murcia) and heritage conservation institutes (IVCR+i and IAPH) on diagnosing risks and vulnerabilities in heritage institutions.

The work will be carried out at the Museum of the City of Antequera (MVCA), managed in collaboration with the Antequera City Council, the Fuego Foundation, and the company Mission Track.

Activities will promote awareness among younger generations about the importance of preserving Cultural Heritage and the necessity of interdisciplinary research in this field (Science and Art). The project spans Valencia, Murcia, and Andalusia, targeting secondary school students and people over 60 years old, with a planned emergency simulation at the MVCA museum.

Key outcomes include the emergency simulation exercise, videos of individuals over 60 years old sharing their experiences of emergencies on social media, and a short film and drawing contest for secondary school students. These initiatives will culminate in a calendar titled "12 Months/12 Did You Know?" highlighting how Science can help save Art.
