Progress in the publishing model
The Journal of Educational Research and Innovation (IJERI), an international open-access scientific journal with a biannual publication frequency, has traditionally released its volumes at the end of each period (typically in June and December). In order to enhance the visibility of scientific articles and facilitate the dissemination of scientific knowledge, IJERI will progressively transition towards publishing at the beginning of each semester.
Furthermore, an "In Press" publication model will be introduced, enabling accepted scientific articles—following completion of the peer review and editorial process—to be made immediately available to the scientific community without the need to wait for the closure of the corresponding issue.
These measures reflect IJERI's firm commitment to expediting scientific communication, contributing to the advancement of science, and promoting knowledge transfer in the field of education and innovation. With the implementation of the "In Press" section, accepted and formatted manuscripts will be accessible in advance, thereby ensuring greater dissemination of research findings.
From the forthcoming issue onwards, accepted scientific contributions ready for publication will be incorporated into the "In Press" section. In July, Issue 24 will be formally compiled, featuring a selection of ten scientific articles that will constitute the final edition.
IJERI reaffirms its commitment to editorial excellence, scientific rigour, and continuous improvement within the scientific community, promoting accessibility and visibility of research in education and innovation.
