Olga Cruz Moya

Soy profesora titular de Lengua Española en el Departamento de Filología y Traducción de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla.

Mi formación académica se inició con la Licenciatura en Filología Hispánica por la Universidad de Almería (1997), donde obtuve la distinción honorífica al mejor expediente académico en el área de Humanidades durante los diez primeros años de la universidad. En 2006 me doctoré por la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla con la tesis Las migraciones en el discurso periodístico almeriense del siglo XX: Análisis crítico de tres corpus de noticias, dirigida por los profesores Fernando García Lara (UPO) y Antonio Bañón Hernández (UAL).

Cuento con una amplia experiencia docente, especialmente en el ámbito de la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera. Entre 2003 y 2022 he impartido docencia de manera continuada en el Máster Universitario en Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera, donde he sido responsable de asignaturas como Destrezas productivas: conversación y redacción en ELE (2003–2022), Aplicación de nuevas tecnologías en la enseñanza/aprendizaje de ELE (2003–2016 y 2018–2022) y Medios de comunicación y enseñanza/aprendizaje de ELE (2003–2016 y 2017–2018).

Desde 2009 desarrollo una actividad investigadora sostenida en el ámbito de la lingüística aplicada y el análisis del discurso. Mi índice H es 10, con 491 citas registradas en Google Scholar a fecha de 15 de diciembre de 2025. He sido editora de tres números de revistas científicas, dos de ellos del Boletín de ASELE y otro de una revista generalista de lingüística aplicada vinculada a la asociación AESLA. Asimismo, he publicado reseñas académicas y capítulos introductorios, he actuado como evaluadora para seis revistas científicas y formo parte del comité evaluador de títulos propios de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. He participado como investigadora en cinco proyectos de investigación I+D+I, uno de los cuales se encuentra actualmente en activo: Distribución social de la biliteracidad: competencia en comunicación lingüística en educación bilingüe (modelos CLIL), financiado en la convocatoria de Proyectos I+D Generación del Conocimiento 2022 del Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación.

En el ámbito de la gestión académica, he desempeñado diversos cargos de responsabilidad. He sido coordinadora del Máster de Enseñanza de Español en dos etapas (2004–2008 y desde 2012 hasta la actualidad), Vicedecana de Gestión Académica (2008–2012) y Vicedecana de Calidad y Comunicación (2018–2023).

Mi trayectoria ha sido reconocida con dos sexenios de investigación concedidos por la Comisión Nacional Evaluadora de la Actividad Investigadora (CNEAI), con fecha de reconocimiento 1 de julio de 2025. Asimismo, he obtenido la Mención de Excelencia Docente del programa DOCENTIA-A-UPO (4 de febrero de 2022) y tengo reconocidos cuatro tramos en los Complementos Autonómicos por la Dirección de Evaluación y Acreditación de la Agencia Andaluza del Conocimiento (16 de enero de 2025).

Mis intereses investigadores abarcan la comunicación y el aprendizaje mediados por la tecnología desde una perspectiva crítica.
